Planning in Clappers Lane
Yesterday application 14/00457/OUT went before Chichester District Council Planning Committee who unanimously resolved to oppose the application. The applicant have already lodged an appeal with the Planning Inspectorate as the District Council had not made its decision within the required time limit.
By opposing the application it means the District Council will be opposing the application on three points:
- Density of dwellings
- Traffic
- Unsustainable in particular the lack of local employment
The Parish Council working with local residents associations will continue to vigorously object to this application.
