Clappers Lane Development Presentation by Sewards

At last night’s planning meeting representatives from Seawards gave a presentation the members of the council then discussed the application and resolved to objection on the following grounds: Flood risk, transport and traffic, coalescence and loss of agricultural land. We are currently in the process of drafting our submission to Chichester District Council.  It was also agreed to write to the Environment Agency and Southern Water in relation to the sewage issues and to engage a traffic consultant to review and critic the applicants transport assessment and the access arrangements.
