Agenda

This is a great opportunity to let your voice be heard to improve traffic congestion on the A27 and connecting roads.  Please feel free to let your friends that live in any of the villages mentioned above know about the meeting.

I would also like to let you know about a meeting that is being hosted by West Sussex County Council for businesses – if you run a business of any size on the Manhood Peninsula it is vitally important that your voice is heard.   The meeting is being held at County Hall next Wednesday 12 July between 4-6pm. Earnley Fete

Earnley Fete took place on 10th June 2017 at Earnley Grange and we are very grateful to the Mr & Mrs Parker for allowing us to hold the event.

We were very lucky with the weather and the sun shone and the wind dropped as the doors open.  We had a huge number of visitors and sold out of every cake! The games were enjoyed by lots of people. The raffle was very popular as was Caroline’s Dairy Ice Cream Bike.  The arts and craft stall holders were an interesting variety including vintage recycled, Catherine Rowe Artist, Tim Bugden illustrator, Medicinal Honey, the Rummage Shop,  Fanny and Freda Peppercorn pottery.  Messy Church, RSPB, Manhood Wildlife, Earnley Parish Council and the WI all had information stalls.

Hopefully something for everyone – please enjoy the slideshow of photo’s from the day

Counter Terrorisum Advice

It is important that we all remain vigilant as we tackle the on-going terrorist threats from people with various motivations.

We all know that community intelligence is crucial to helping the Police prevent future attacks and we need to continue to ensure we are all part of the Prevent agenda and activity to combat terrorism.  Please report any suspicious activity using the anti-terrorist hotline number 0800 789 321 or 999 in an emergency.
