NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the use of
EARNLEY: PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 52 as shown on the map below.
The path closure is necessary to protect public safety whilst the Environment Agency replace the damaged culvert under the footpath works.
Use is temporarily prohibited with effect from 5th March 2015.
There are alternative routes available using the public rights of way network to the north FP50 and FP51.
This Notice will be effective for 10 days from the date given above
